Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Sales Console & Agent Console (Vlocity UI layers) for B2C journeys
• Build and maintain Omni Studio components – Omni scripts, Integration Procedures (IP), Data Raptors (DR), and Flex cards
• Configure and customize customer journeys (Shop, Signup, Port‑In, Relocation, etc.
• Integrate external systems using APIs for customer eligibility, credit checks, and order validation
• Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent solutions

Requirements

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce B2B Commerce experience (LWR & Aura)
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce B2B Commerce Data Model
• Experience integrating Salesforce with SAP, Oracle ERP, or similar enterprise systems
• Strong understanding of Buyer Journeys, Storefront Configuration, Checkout Experience, and Commerce Architecture
• Experience following a Declarative-First approach using Flows and standard Salesforce capabilities
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently
• Nice to Have:
• MuleSoft or Middleware integration experience
• Salesforce B2B Commerce Developer Certification

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable e-commerce solutions using Salesforce B2B Commerce (LWR & Aura)
• Build and customize Product Catalogs, Buyer Groups, Price Books, Checkout Flows, Promotions, and Account Management
• Develop rich storefront experiences using Lightning Web Runtime (LWR) and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Create custom Apex solutions and integrations with ERP systems, payment gateways, pricing engines, and inventory platforms
• Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Ensure seamless end-to-end data integration between Salesforce and external enterprise systems

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using .NET Core and C#.
• Develop and implement Microservices-based architectures for enterprise applications.

• Strong SQL: complex queries, data validation/reconciliation, analysis/troubleshooting.

• Understanding of o9 data models/datasets, integrations/interfaces, APIs/ETL, data mapping/transformations.

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical configurations within o9.
• Configure supply planning models, planning parameters, workflows, and business rules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and integration teams to deliver optimized planning solutions.
